Eligibility for Refunds

We encourage customers to contact us at Live Chat Suppprt OR sales@styloempire.co.uk within 5 days of receiving their orders to report any issues. Returns are accepted within 14 days, but prior notification within the first 5 days is required compulsory before initiating a return.

We Will refund your order as long as thy meet the following conditions

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Once we confirm receipt of your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
• Sale and discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Return requests made after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
• Return postage costs must be paid by the customer.
• Returned items will be inspected, so please do not remove the tags.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, it may be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
• Customers are responsible for packaging returned items securely to ensure they arrive safely.
• We are not responsible for items sent to us by mistake.
• The reason for the return must be clearly written on the back of the invoice.
• The original invoice must be included with the returned parcel.
• We are not responsible for returned items until they have been received and signed for by our Customer Care team.
